DO YOGA AND KEEP FIT

Ancient time people were having fewer diseases as they were adopting a method of living through Yoga. They were practicing Yoga in everyday life. In fact their life itself was through Yoga. They were very active and agile, keeping fit all the time. They had a long life span. But modern life is full of stress and strain.  Most of the people young and old suffer from back pain. The reason is that our body is not flexible at all. A flexible body will be disease free. To have the body flexible, one should practice yoga every day. Proper Yoga, moderate food and good sleep makes one healthy and strong. The immediate problem these days for all is the back pain. We are not able to stretch our muscles due to various reasons especially the mechanical way of life like standing and sitting long hours in our work place, sitting in an incorrect posture for hours together, obesity due to sedentary life, lack of exercises, wrong eating habits etc.  Adopt at least half an hour or one hour to do yoga every day especially for relieving back pain making our muscles more flexible like a spring.  So that we will be able to use our body as we like causing no injury to any of our body parts.  Not only yoga makes fit and healthy, it also rejuvenates, making you feel fresh and looking young. Healthy body will have a healthy mind. We will always feel fresh and the mind will be like a just blossom flower giving fragrance in our daily life.  Many of the asanas are having animal names. From this what we have to understand is that these animals were experts in relaxation. For example you can observe cats, on awakening from sleep; they instinctively stretch, arch the spine in both directions and then relax. There are so many yoga asanas which cures back pain but I am giving below some of them with which you can at least get some relief in the present day problem of back ache.

Dhanurasana  (Bow Posture) ,Marjarasana (Cat Posture) ,Bhujangasana (Cobra Posture), Matysaasana (Fish Posture),Ustrasana (Camel Posture),Sarvagasana(All-members Posture),Mayurasana  (Peacock Posture),Ardha Matsyendrasana (Half Fish Posture), Paschimottanasana  (Back-stretching Posture).

Morning time is the best time to do Yoga Asanas  as we are up after long hours good sleep.  By doing yoga what we can attain is a healthy central nervous system, strong  joints, flexible  mussels, glowing skin, and a good  digestive system.
